Both kits improve safety, control, handling and comfort when towing, however, each kit has been specifically engineered to suit individual needs. Classic kits are best suited to Caravans, Camper Trailers and Trailers that have a 4" high a-frames, or 5'and 6" high A-frames where the coupling is positioned at the bottom of the A-frame. Standard kits are better suited to Camper Trailers, Trailers and Caravans that require more clearance around the A-frame base. Just right for 5" or 6" high A-frames with the coupling position in the middle or top of the A-frame.
